Summer Resolutions

Summers have finally come, and we all have started wearing our favorite clothes to show off a little bit of our toned bodies. But wait, are you worried about your waistline that has increased since the last season? Are you not feeling “in-shape” for those great costumes? No worries here fellas because you can get your shape back with a little bit of determination and a little bit of dedication towards your diet and weight loss! So, time to make some summer resolutions! Let us start to talk about the various “feasible techniques” that you can use to get those curves back and have a beach-ready body before the season is over!

1. Flat abs plan: Remember this plan with a simple mnemonic “ABS

A= Aim to exercise and do some weight lifting at least 3-4 times a week and keep your aims high. The more you focus on getting appropriate abs, the more you become determined.

B=Break Binging. Avoid food binges and over eating in between the breaks. The more you “control” your eating habits, the more you become dedicated for attaining your aim.

S=Steps/Skipping. You can do any lighter exercise, like walking for 30-45 minutes every day if you are not able to do the abdominal exercises. You can also opt for going up and down your stairs and even skipping for 20-25 minutes or as much your body allows you. These exercises are proven to be of great value in helping you reduce weight and at the same time tone up your abdominal muscles.

Great article! The hardest part to me is to actually commit to my self-proposed resolutions (be it new years, or summer)

For me the S part of ABS has worked wonders for me. I walk or jog every morning and it leaves me energized for the whole day. Not to mention it gives the same results as other exercises without as much effort.

Good to know its working for you Daniel!

As it is said something is better than nothing. Therefore, following a regular routine of even little exercise daily in any form does benefit a lot.
