		<description>In the past I tried all kinds or diets and non of them worked.  I felt always hungry.  I decided to try the cookie diet and for my surprise I did not feel hungry at all.  I found out these cookie were made of FIBER, protein and complex carbs.  They are also 60% organic and have no preservatives.  I lost 44 pounds in almost 5 months.  After I reached my goal the last thing I want is to get it back so I went shopping for nice exercise clothes and I am getting to the gym 5 times a week.  It&#039;s like homework to me.  I also apply everything I learn in the program.  </description>
