You want NO More Cellulite? Nobody wants it, yet hardly anyone knows what it really is or what to do about
it. The good news is you don’t need to wrap yourself in a giant ace bandage or lather up your backside with miracle fat absorb creams.

What Is Cellulite?

Cellulite is simply uneven pockets of fat cells that clump together in uneven bundles giving a rippled and dimpled appearance.

What Causes Cellulite?

Unfortunately, as we age, we tend to lose muscle tissue over time due to the lack of physical stress in our lives. When that happens, metabolism slows down and we end up replacing muscle tissue with body fat. Because fat is exceptionally soft tissue, it doesn’t keep our skin taught like muscle does. Consequently, when there is too little muscle to maintain our shape, the skin tends to take on the lumpy look of the irregular fat deposits. This typically results in a cottage cheese – like appearance, which we refer to as cellulite.

What Eliminates Cellulite?

Creams and chemicals may temporarily tighten the skin, but this not a permanent solution, and is definitely not recommended. Just like body wraps only temporarily tighten the skin around the fat and do nothing to get rid off it. Cellulite is not a cosmetic problem and it therefore cannot be eliminated with cosmetic solutions.

All you need to do is burn off the excess body fat in that area and tighten up the muscles. Numerous studies have shown that the ONLY effective method of eliminating cellulite is a combination of sound nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, and progressive strength training. Strength training accelerates fat loss by burning more calories during the workout, after the workout, and all day long to meet the higher energy demands of well-conditioned muscles.

The most effective approach to the cellulite problem is to simultaneously replace your muscle tissue and reduce your fat stores.

So now you know… and you have no excuses! We will discuss cellulite reducing therapy in our subsequent posts.
