Here’s just a few reasons why drinking enough water will help you to stay trim and healthy:

• Suppresses appetite

• Kidney’s can’t function properly without it

• Liver works over time without it

• Flush toxins out of your body

• Speeds up all processes in the body

• Prevents dehydration

• Boosts immune function

How much amount of water is considered good?

You should try to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Keep in mind that if you drink less water, your body will get dehydrated, and if you drink water in excess, you can develop water intoxication too. Therefore, avoid the extremes and drink 8 glasses of water everyday (up to 10 is considered good) to make your body work properly, and help it reduce fat. These glasses make around 1.5 to 2 liters of water in total. Drinking this much water will prove beneficial for your overall health in the end. In addition, if you exercise daily and sweat a lot, you can increase the amount to be consumed accordingly.

nice tips usually water really helps along and its a very healthy one. For me I’ve been drinking 4 thumblers of water a day while at work.
