Crispy Bread Crumbs-recipe of the week

One of our subscribers named “Jenny” has sent us a really good recipe to post here, and to add to its yum, its a low carb recipe. So, without waiting more let us serve it..

Crispy Bread Crumbs

Requirements:

1. Leftover bread crumbs (for using them in making crumbs).

2. A cup of commercial bread crumbs.

3. Your usual food processor to help them grind.

Method:

1. Make sure, the bread crumbs you have are dry.

2. Put them into your food processor and let them grind till you get a fine form.

3. Separate them into a bowl or some air-tight container, but avoid too much air-tightening and leave some space for air till you further use them.

4. Add ginger, garlic, spices or any herbs as you like and have them in your breakfast, lunch or even as an evening snack.

Nutritional values:

1. The regular bread gives 10.8 grams of carbohydrates in the crumbs.

2. The commercial crumbs give approx. 76 gram of carbohydrates.
