There are a lot of new researches being carried on to find natural
ways to fight obesity and treat it if possible. Among such researches one has shown that Seaweed could hold the key to conquering obesity. This research shows that it can reduce fat uptake by more than 75 per cent. The research team, has found that dietary fiber in one of the world’s largest commercially used seaweed could reduce the amount of fat absorbed by the body by around 75 per cent.

If this trial becomes successful and yields enough positive results so as to allow seaweed to enter market in weight loss arena, it will be a major success towards finding a natural way to lose weight. There’s sort of a “mini trend” of seaweed snacks. If anyone is interested, maybe the easiest way to try one is to search on Amazon, where I’ve found several. They are on the pricey side though, so maybe they are cheaper at a local health food store.

Thanks for the heads up on this, now it will just be a matter of finding ways to incorporate sea weed into the daily diet. I also found some good health tips that may be interesting.
