Breakfast to Start Your Day

There have been many researches to highlight the importance of eating breakfast every morning in order to have a healthy start of your day.

There are many studies that show that eating your breakfast daily can reduce the chances of developing hypoglycemic episodes (feeling fatigued, and loss of energy), development of binge-eating, and also it helps to reduce your stress! In fact, it has now been proven that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Below are some of the most important health benefits that our breakfast provides us:

1. Reduction in various health problems: Eating your breakfast daily helps to boost your immune system. It helps to fight the common ailments like flu, common cold, and other seasonal breakouts. It also helps to reduce the chances of developing serious heart diseases over time. Studies have shown to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular strokes, diabetes, and even cancer of the digestive system.

2. Breakfast helps you to slim down: Eating your breakfast daily helps you to reduce the intake of excessive calories through other means. This in turn, helps you to slim you down over time.

3. Memory and concentration: Our brain cells depend on glucose to work uninterruptedly. Having your breakfast daily also helps you to provide those necessary glucose molecules that are needed for the proper functioning of your brain cells. Students should never forget to have their breakfast daily for the same reason.

4. It keeps you active all the day: Having your breakfast daily provides you the necessary calories for the day’s work, making you active and sharp to face the day’s challenges.  If you need some morning eye-opener before your breakfast, it is advisable to drink coffee instead of tea. This is because there are  many health benefits of coffee as compared to tea, which is usually not considered healthy at any time of day.
