I especially appreciate your post as I have a 6 week old at home. We are trying to read as much as possible to help us help our baby and your post gives a great overview.
I have heard that it is best to wait until the baby is a year old before introducing fruit because it tastes so much better than vegetables. What is your view on the timing of introducing fruit?
