6. Oregon grape and Echinacea can be used to boost your immune system in fighting the bacteria leading to pus formation in acne.
7. Burdock, Dandelion and red clover are known to keep the liver free from toxin overloading.
8. Use anti-acne measures on a daily basis and apply anti-acne creams or lotions before going to bed to ensure their effective penetration in the skin without exposing your skin to pollution during daytime.
These methods are the natural ways to treat and prevent acne. Therefore, it can take from few days to few weeks to notice their actual effects.
